Made in the early-mid 1700s, this printers table is reimagined into a kitchen island. Jonathan was asked to make it functional again as a statement piece, and the customers now enjoy it for serving up charcuteries.
Originally it was used for printers to layout their type blocks, so it is sometimes referred to as a letterpress table.
Jonathan made a new butcher block top, made new wheels, replaced the lower shelf, and mixed a custom finish to preserve the patina.
